We are seeking experienced Production Operators who want to take that next step in their career and develop as **Senior Production Operators.**

The Consumables Organisation at Aegros is focused on making membranes and assembling cartridges that are part of our Haemofrac technology. Our Consumables Organisation is supporting the Research & Development team to significantly scale up our production of membrane and cartridges.

We are rebuilding and increasing our capacity so seeking dynamic, forward thinking operators who can add input into design improvement for our own distinct and unique cartridge technology.

**You will be...**
- You will be mixing chemical solutions to set requirements and assembling finished product. Tasked with the practical implementation of making the cartridges and membranes, this is a hands-on role and as our production expands your role will develop and grow.
- Working to GMP and completing paperwork
- Training other team members as required

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years experience of GMP working in the pharmaceutical Industry
- Bulk batch processing experience with liquids advantageous
- Good command of English speaking and writing as you will be liaising with stakeholders and making modifications to paperwork
- You can demonstrate leadership capabilities
- Self starter who wants to contribute ideas and learn new things
- For a minimum of six months this role will be day shift only but shift patterns will vary long term
- You will be wearing protective gowns in this role
