Menulog is undergoing a large amount of growth and opening a second office, so we require additional End User Computing Technicians to support our existing team based in Macquarie Park. This role works on a roster basis, involving evening, weekend and occasional public holiday shifts.

**All about the role**:
In this role, we're counting on you to:
- Provide desktop support to all Menulog staff, both local and remote workers
- Set up new users with IT accounts and appropriate technical equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise via the internal ticketing system
- In line with company policy, purchase appropriate technical hardware and software and vendor management
- Coordinate any hardware repairs on technical equipment within Menulog
- Monitor the internal ticketing system and resolve issues in a timely manner, communicating with users regularly throughout the resolution process
- Train internal staff on the use of computer programs, internal procedures and policies
- Maintain an asset register of all technical equipment
- Roll out global Just Eat technical projects within the Menulog group
- Monitor network stability and usage to minimise any downtime
- Other duties as required
**Can you deliver**
Ready to take the lead? Here is what we need from you:
- 2+ years’ experience in a desktop support environment, ideally within an online business
- Tertiary qualifications in IT
- Windows desktop (windows 7, Windows 8.x, 10), MacOSX and ChromeOS
- Applications - Google apps, Atlassian products (Jira, Hipchat and Wiki), OKTA, Jamf
- Server - windows 2008/12 (AD and Associated services)
- Hosting - Amazon Web Services, google platform for enterprise
- Salesforce (desired but not essential)
- Powershell scripting (desired but not essential)
- Excellent customer service skills with a can do attitude
- Good communication skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Hardworking and ‘get the job done at all costs’ attitude
- Fast learner with the ability to think on your feet
- Passionate about technology and exceptional service
- The ability to work independently and manage your own time and workload
