**Job Description**:
Due to significant growth and progression, we now have an exceptional opportunity for a service orientated freight forwarding professional to join our high performing team. Reporting to the Transport Manager, as a **Key Accounts Operations **you will ensure on time and accurate delivery, redirection and/or collection of a client's cargo. Working across a diverse portfolio of customers, handling FCL, LCL & Air Freight cartage you will be an extension of our client services team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and accurate delivery instructions to ensure the physical movement of cargo meets expectations
- Undertake instructions for client delivery, redirection and/or collection
- Record accurately information about the number and size of shipment movement
- Maintain up to date transactions and status of cargo movement
- Checking and analysis of client and undelivered reports
- Ensure all costings/billings are accurate
- Collate and processes documentation to ensure strong POD control
**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in Transport / Cartage
- Exposure and understanding of international freight is essential
- A task orientated approach to meet KPI's and deadlines
- A strong sense of customer with the ability to think outside the box and solve problems
- Well developed communication to engage and build relationships with stakeholders
- To be able to multi task and prioritise / re-priorities as required whilst working to deadlines
- To be a team player, with an attitude towards learning and progression
- Cargowise highly regarded
