This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract as the International Visitors Relationship Manager.
In this role you will be charged with delivering profitable policyholder growth via the intermediated channels within the International Visitors business (visitor, student & worker segments). Further, is to effectively manage a portfolio of clients to contribute to the channel growth targets and leverage existing business to source new business opportunities.
This role will actively deliver exceptional client account management and service and be involved in the international visitor’s market and associated industry forums to continue to drive our brand as an industry specialist.
They will identify client and customer requirements in collaboration with the team and coordinate client service delivery by other internal teams to support the continuous improvement of the segment. In addition, they will be required to provide a local perspective, experience and knowledge, for the development of any future and ongoing tactics within these relationships.

Your demonstrated experience in account management allows you to build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver sales and service results in a high-pressure environment. You have a tertiary qualification in a related discipline or equivalent industry experience, with the ability to think laterally ‘outside the square’ in order to identify opportunity for improvement.
