The role

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate onboarding activities and liaise with stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for new graduates.
- Maintain accurate records in our recruitment systems, including Workday.
- Support the organisation of graduate events, training sessions, and other development initiatives.
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and compliance tracking.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have/be:

- Proven experience in an administrative or co-ordinator role, ideally within recruitment or HR.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, welcoming attitude.
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a highly fast-paced environment
- A team player who enjoys supporting others and working collaboratively
- Excited by graduate resourcing and enjoy participating in all aspects of the graduate recruitment process with a strong desire to grow and develop.
