We are looking for two Fulfilment & Provisioning Support Associates to join our Service Delivery team in Pemulwuy, Sydney. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring that customer orders and returns (RMA tickets) are processed accurately and efficiently. From preparing and provisioning hardware to picking, packing, and dispatching orders, you’ll be involved in every step of the fulfillment process.

You’ll also be responsible for receiving and testing returned hardware, managing inventory, and collaborating with key stakeholders like installers, service coordinators, and customer support teams to maintain smooth operations. **What You’ll Do**

**Order Fulfillment & Dispatch** - Prepare, provision, and accurately pick and pack hardware for shipment.
**Stock Management** - Receive, track, and manage stock inventory, ensuring efficient stock levels for fulfillment.
**Returns (RMA) Processing** - Receive returned hardware, perform basic testing, and assess suitability for service stock.
**Customer & Stakeholder Communication**- Work with dealers, installers, service coordinators, and customer support to ensure smooth operations.
**General Warehouse Operations**- Assist with stock takes, inventory checks, moving stock, handling end-of-day pickups, and other warehouse duties.
**Record Keeping & System Updates** - Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and shipments using Microsoft Office and internal systems (SAP experience is a plus).

**Detail-Oriented & Organised** - You take pride in accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all orders and returns are processed correctly.

**Tech-Savvy** - You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new inventory systems (SAP experience is a plus).
Strong Communicator - You can clearly communicate with internal teams and external partners like installers and dealers.

**Manual Handling** - You’re comfortable with manual handling as part of your role, including handling of items up to 15kg in a safe manner as part of manual handling guidelines + and handle warehouse-related tasks.

**Proactive & Accountable** - You take ownership of your work, problem-solve effectively, and always strive for positive outcomes.

**Team Player** - You work well with a diverse team, collaborating to achieve shared goals.
