**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Graduate Design and Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing division. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role supports the delivery of business to business (B2B) marketing activities for the Symbio brand, and subsidiary brands owned by Symbio.

A Graduate Design and Marketing Coordinator will have a broad exposure to all aspects of marketing including web and graphic design, copywriting, communications, digital marketing, campaign reporting and advertising.

**What you'll do as a Graduate Design and Marketing Coordinator**:

- Contribute to a wide range of marketing activities including product launches, brand launches in new regions, events, digital campaigns for lead generation and more
- Develop knowledge of B2B marketing and brand-building techniques
- Creative execution and graphics using Adobe suite and/or Canva
- Producing customer communications, blogs, brochures and other written collateral
- Assist with reporting and analysis, updating and managing website content
- Assist with compiling market and brand research including analyst reports, competitor research and benchmarking, customer surveys and interviews

**Qualifications**:
**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Degree in Marketing or Communications or a related business discipline.
- Experience with Adobe Suite or Canva regarded favourably.
- Interest in marketing within a technology / software company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking skills.
- Understanding of key marketing concepts and channels.
- Proactive, can-do attitude.
- The ability to manage your time effectively.
- Attention to detail.
- Prior exposure to marketing (e.g. volunteering, internship, retail / customer service experience) regarded favourably.
