**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This role isn't your typical Reception role - You are the face and voice and first point of contact for the brand. We are looking for an energetic, organised and entrepreneurial Receptionist to join our fast-paced team

**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY ARE**
- Maintain the General Office environment
- Coordinate all office and retail store supplies and equipment
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
- Organise travel accommodation for upper management
- Support the online and customer service team with any customer inquiries
- Provide general administration support to upper management and the wider office
- End of month reporting
- Support the HR team with People and Culture initiatives

**ABOUT YOU**
- You have experience as a Receptionist
- Experience as a PA/EA is highly desirable
- You have experience in Retail
- You love to work at a fast pace and are able to multi-task
- You have a professional phone manner
- Are self motivated, proactive and goal focused
- Have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Are highly organised and perform well under pressure
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excel and Word
