**What You’ll Do**
As an Administrator/Receptionist, you will split your time between administrative and reception duties. Initially, you'll be guided by experienced team members, with opportunities to develop and grow in the role.
**Administrator Support**:
- Assist with new client onboarding and preparation of engagement documents
- Maintain and update client databases
- Support lodgement of compliance documents
- Help with filing, scanning, and printing
- Provide administration support to accountants and partners
- Maintain office supplies and assist with general office coordination
**Reception Duties**:
- Greet clients and visitors, creating a positive first impression
- Manage meeting rooms and ensure the reception area is neat and professional
- Handle mail, deliveries, and couriers

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be highly organised, personable, and enthusiastic about learning. You’ll be comfortable interacting with clients, confident using technology, and ready to support a busy professional team.

- A professional, friendly, and approachable manner
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
**No prior experience required - training will be provided.** Previous office experience is a bonus, but not essential.
