South Brisbane, Australia Fortress Collision Repair Services Full time

Fortress is seeking a seasoned customer service professional to ensure the smooth running of our large, high volume repair facility. You will provide and promote a strong service culture, responding effectively to clients and supporting the production team.

**The role**
- Manage clients through the repair process
- Liaise with centralised key functions, suppliers and assessors
- Timely and accurate maintenance of records
- General reception and office management duties

**Experience**
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a service-oriented environment.
- Demostrated ability to deliver professional and efficient service to clients, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Proficient computer skills.
