**About the Role**
**This role is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis and will be based at our Melrose Park Office.**
**What we’re looking for**
We are looking for an individual with a genuine passion for IT who is highly motivated and eager to further advance their skills. Absolutely essential is a patient manner when providing technical support, you must be approachable and able to develop a positive rapport with a wide range of internal customers. You will have exemplary communication skills and be equally comfortable interacting verbally, in writing or in person.
Also critical is your ability to become a valuable contributor to a small team. This will require you to be reliable and flexible, have excellent problem solving skills, be precise with a keen eye for detail, willingly accept responsibility to see things through, show initiative and be able to draw knowledge from others.
Ideally you will have prior experience in an IT Support role. A working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Office Suite & Windows, IT Service Management, Mobile devices & their management, Cisco Unified Communications, Active Directory and general hardware and software deployment will be highly regarded. Preferably you will have some form of technical qualification or certification.
You will also be required to hold a current driver’s licence.

**Remuneration**
A competitive base salary cira $60,000 will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
