About Us
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily communication between project managers, site supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring all documentation is properly filed and accessible
- Support the tender process by preparing documentation, maintaining supplier databases, and assisting with quote preparation and submissions
- Manage office systems including filing, document control, and maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Process and track construction-related documentation, including contracts, insurances, safety records, and compliance certificates
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and experience with accounting software (MYOB/Xero)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and show initiative

- Based in Midland

Pay: $49,900.00 - $65,710.69 per year
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Midland WA 6056: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
