**About the Role**
**The Transition to Work program helps young people aged between 15 and 24 into work, training, or education. Young people receive intensive pre-employment support to develop practical skills and connections to achieve their employment and education goals and also secure happy, safe and fulfilled futures.**
This role will manage the delivery of Transition to Work (TtW) services across the the Adelaide North SA Employment Region by ensuring compliance with Deed requirements and the achievement of performance measures and targets.
Through your strengths-based leadership style, you will collaboratively drive initiatives and instil a culture of confidence, positivity and enthusiasm into your team and the region, to ensure high performance and compliance requirements are consistently achieved.
**This role is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis and will be responsible for our Salisbury, Enfield, Modbury and Mile End sites. Travel **across** the region is required therefore a valid drivers license is essential.**
**About You**
To be successful in the role you will be able to:
- Demonstrate a minimum 3 years of experience in Employment, Community Youth Services;
- Demonstrate experience in leading mentoring and coaching to achieve high levels of work performance and compliance;
- Prove your ability to lead and develop a client centric team with a focus on strong and effective communication, leadership and development;
- Prove your ability to establish strategic partnerships and achieve common desired outcomes with relevant stakeholders, organisations and employers;
- Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of the local labour market;
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of working to budgets and understanding of performance reports; and
- Demonstrate your ability to work with culturally or linguistically diverse people, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and other groups who may be experiencing some levels of disadvantage.
You will also be required to:
- Hold a current driver’s licence;
- Have a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development or Youth, or the ability to gain while working with us (with our support); and
- Ability to use the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute.

**Remuneration**
A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
