Graduate - Trainee Recruiter

Project HR is a new business that does recruitment differently. For us its about quality so we want people who are capable of developing high levels skills in sourcing and assessing talent. They need to have high levels of insight and a capacity to recognise what sets apart high performers from others.

The Role

The daily responsibilities of this role will include interviewing candidates and building profiles for inclusion in our talent pools. Identifying prospects and entering details into our CRM. Conducting candidate marketing campaigns. There is an existing portfolio of clients to service but you will also work on expanding the reach of this business and handling all aspects of the job process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, due diligence and placements.

To be successful for the role you must have:

• A Tertiary Qualification.
• Permanent Australian working rights are essential.
• A strong work ethic and excellent time management skills.
• A strong customer service ethic.
• An ability to develop rapport with excellent communication skills.
• Recent or non recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
