About the role

We are looking for a Rebates Support Officer to join the growing team on a permanent, part-time basis.

The Rebates Support Officer assists in the collection, processing and reporting of supplier rebates due to Elders in line with Trading Agreements as negotiated by Elders Procurement team. You will work closely with the Rebates Officer to provide efficient service and allocation of revenue to the Elders Network and be a point of contact for rebate related queries.

**Responsibilities**:
Account for rebate cash collections and follow up recovery amounts due to Elders
Reconciliation of cash collections to Rebate Software Database and investigate variances
Ensure correct and timely accounting and allocation of rebate revenues to Elders Network
Update and maintain trading agreements in the appropriate register
Assist in month end processes and provide support to the Rebates team
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficiency of rebate management

About you

Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
High attention to detail and ability to use initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work increased hours during peak periods or leaves of absence
Prior experience in account reconciliations/accounts receivable
Use of accounting and financial reporting systems
Intermediate/Advanced Excel Skills
