**The opportunity**

Our client is a community focused federal government agency. They have an exciting opportunity available for multiple Planning Support Officer's to join National Delivery Division in engaging with participants and managing participant plans and supports.

12-month initial Labour Hire contracts with the option to extend a further 12 months. APS3 level role offering an hourly rate of $37.36 hourly + Super, this position will be based out of Adelaide, Prospect or St Mary's.

**About the role**:
The position will undertake procedural, clerical, administrative support and operational tasks including some basic research and analysis activities.

The position may have a public contact role and may be required to communicate with and provide straightforward advice to a range of internal and external stakeholders.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Providing counter/reception support for the local office including participant enquiries in the self-help kiosks
- Coordinating appointments with the use of Agency office facilities and ensuring facilities are accessible for participants
- Undertaking research and investigation activities and preparing associated reports and correspondence
- Interrogating the Agency Business system to identify appropriate actions
- Supporting planning teams by actioning planning tasks that do not require delegation
- Undertaking a range of data entry activities
- Receiving and recording complaints and other feedback in the Business systems

**About you**
- ** Australian citizenship is a requirement to be eligible for this position**:

- Background within Disability, Aged Care or Federal Government highly advantageous
- Strong written & verbal communications
- Ability to work in fast paced environments
- Experienced with MS Office Suite
