**About the role**

As the Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through the acquisition of NDIS referrals and fostering business expansion within the disability support sector. Reporting directly to the Care services manager, you will lead strategic initiatives to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and maximize revenue streams. The role will be full-time on a fixed term for 6 months, potentially extending to Permanent full-time pending probation period.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Understand customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and follow up on inquiries.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings
- Collaborating with the marketing team to support promotional activities
- Accurately documenting sales activities and pipeline information

**What we're looking for**
- Proven track record in **sales**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with Excel, Word, Google Sheets, CAD and sales reporting
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation and a results-driven mindset

Pay: $42.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
