**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As our new Scheduling Co-ordinator, you’ll be the logístical backbone of our service delivery, ensuring our amazing Participants and dedicated support workers are seamlessly connected.

Your day today will include:

- Designing and managing efficient support worker schedules across our workforce
- Collaborating with participants and Internal Service Team to uphold our commitment to Participant matching
- Supporting onboarding of new Participants and workers for a smooth and confident start
- Solving rostering challenges creatively and fairly think fast, act smart
- Analysing rosters and data to enhance service delivery
- Communicating with internal teams to stay on top of daily changes and opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with NDIS and SCHADS standards
- Assisting with admin tasks that help the whole team run like clockwork

**You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Bring**:

- Rostering/scheduling experience (ideally in NDIS or healthcare)
- A strong grasp of the NDIS framework and participant first approach
- Comfort with Microsoft 365, Shiftcare, and fast, accurate data entry
- Brilliant multitasking and organisation skills you're cool under pressure
- A people centric mindset and clear, calm communication skills
- Qualifications in Business Admin, HR, or similar (bonus points for SCHADS knowledge)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Rostering/scheduling: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker check (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
