**ABOUT THE ROLE**
You will develop professional relationships with B2B customers to meet sales targets for our portfolio of brands, to grow their availability, and scale across the region.
A knack for selling, a positive attitude, and a desire to promptly address potential B2B customers’ requests will make you successful in this role.
- Find, acquire and manage relationships with B2B distributors, wholesalers, and retailers across ANZ
- Source potential leads both in ANZ and beyond through networking, direct outreach, industry research, etc.
- Foster relationships with customers to achieve sales targets and business objectives through joint business planning
- Take responsibility and be autonomous across the sales process, from prospecting to ongoing national account management
- Prepare for meetings and tailor communications to address the business needs of potential B2B customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to escalate any issues customers might be experiencing
- Uphold excellent service standards, and go above and beyond to ensure customers love us, stay with us and refer us to others
- Demonstrate sound product knowledge for our portfolio of consumer goods brands
- Explore and experiment with alternative sales channels such as export opportunities and social commerce
- Also, assist with finding new potential acquisition targets for Una Brands and developing relationships with these businesses
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Able to start immediately
- Sydney based and able to work flexibly (WFH & attend the office on a weekly basis when COVID-19 restrictions allow)
- Aptitude for sales, with 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG, Home & Living, Baby, ,Beauty or Wellness space
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and willing to roll up your sleeves to deliver results
- Charismatic, superb communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work with integrity in every interaction
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity
- Thrive in a rapidly growing and radically changing environment
- Strong attention to de organizational, organizational skills and time management
- Experience with retail pricing and promotions preferred but not required
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with e-commerce businesses, brand/category management, Amazon and D2C brands will be helpful, but not required
