What you will be doing?

As an Account Executive at FOBOH, you’ll be one of the first sales hires and play a key role in driving revenue, building customer relationships, and shaping our sales motion. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—selling directly to foodservice suppliers, distributors, and wholesalers.

In this role, you will:

- Own and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through the full sales cycle
- Identify the pain points of foodservice businesses and map FOBOH’s solutions to their goals
- Run discovery calls, product demos, and proposal conversations with buyers and decision-makers
- Collaborate with our CEO, GTM leader, and product team to continuously refine our pitch, positioning, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and report on performance and insights
- Contribute to playbooks, experiments, and feedback loops to help us scale
- Be a customer advocate and a voice for the market within the company

What will you need to be successful?

- 2–4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (bonus if it’s in SMB or mid-market)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a fast-moving environment
- Strong discovery, demo, and closing skills—you know how to run a consultative sales process
- Comfortable selling a technical product and translating features into value
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Startup-ready mindset: adaptable, resourceful, and hungry to learn
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and collaborate with a distributed team
- Passion for technology, sustainability, and transforming the wholesale food ecosystem
