The Program coordinator assists with the running of the healthcare programs in Melbourne and Sydney
- (International students only in Sydney) working remotely and from the Sydney Office in Chatswood.

The bulk of the enrolments and work is for the Melbourne campus, with funded students.
- Liaise and communicate with students to understand and manage their needs
- Oversee RTO compliance activities and coordinate the collation of periodic and ad-hoc reports for audit and Australian Skills Victoria Training System (SVTS) reporting, implementing recommendations and strategies for RTO compliance operations
- Develop program outlines, learning and assessment resources for the delivery of programs, ensuring the relevance of learning material and compliance to ASQA requirements and training package rules
- Administer the quality assurance and continuous improvement commitments of the RTO including trainer profiles, validation and moderation of assessments, training package changes and associated amendments
- Identify opportunities within new and existing accounts, rolling out training options to increase client engagement and lead generation
- Review and continually improve the RTO activities, programs and service delivery, ensuring that it remains current and underpins effective operations, and high levels of quality and service
- Accurately maintain the Learning Management System (Moodle) and Student Portal (VETtrak), analyse and correctly update LMS data, assisting with coordinating training programs
- Analyse, develop and deliver regular reports on client experience feedback and trends derived from feedback and market indicators, adding value and supporting enrolments and business growth.
- Develop and maintain training and assessment strategies, recognition of prior learning (RPL) packs, SVTS curriculum, scope of registration and the ability to map assessments across health training packages to increase and drive process efficiencies and improvements
- Contacting new and existing work placement companies for health courses; and send resumes of students who are due to commence work placement
- Arrange for student interviews with host companies;
- Send Student Work Placement and Host Company work Placement forms to the student and the Host company for signature;
- Follow up and monitoring of all students in work placement to ensure full compliance and successful completion of their work placements;
- Send out review forms to all host companies to get feedback on student work performance;
- Maintain and update the Student Profile List Tracker;
- Providing administration support;
- Assist with internal/external audit set by Yorke’s regulators and contractual partners Manage risk through coordination of internal audits to ensure services are delivered in accordance with ASQA requirements;
- Work as a team with other staff to get job done and gain mutual satisfaction.
- Any other duties that may be required to fulfill the requirements of this role;

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Certificate I - IV (required)

**Experience**:

- Registered training organisation: 1 year (required)
