We are seeking an experienced customer focused Level 1/2 Service Desk officer for our reputed client.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Be the first point of contact for users, actioning and resolving incidents and requests within the ITSM helpdesk
- Troubleshooting general IT issues with hardware and peripherals and aiding users across IT-supported platforms.
- Onboard and offboard users with required access and provision hardware
- Perform account administration around password resets, MFA support, and general access requests.

**Key skills**:

- Tertiary Qualification mandatory - BSc, BCom, BEng, TAFE, ITIL certification
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and associated services, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
