Hi, I'm Aaron Sammut, Marketing Manager for an exciting business going places within the disability sector, Developing Australian Communities. We're on a mission to make Australia the world leader in disability services.

**The role?**

We are looking for a competent Copywriter/EDM/Social Media specialist to support and optimise our digital marketing programmes. Your creative thinking skills and strategies will be an essential part in driving our digital narratives, enhancing our image, improving digital communication and encouraging business growth through effective campaigns. Your weeks will entail:

- Marketing and promotional copywriting;
- Helping to develop and execute an effective social media strategy for audience engagement and growth;
- Create compelling content and visual campaigns using social media channels;
- Creating content calendars, scheduling all posts, and manually posting to achieve peak engagement;
- Managing the social media accounts of our directors;
- Community management - Responding to DM’s;
- Google Analytics, performance marketing, and website stats;
- Liaising with myself and our sales manager to work build the most effective campaigns;
- Campaign idea generation as a result of extensive research of our audience and analyzing the data from the engagement with our post
- Writing of Sales Collateral, Case Studies and Media Kits
- and Video Script Writing
