**About the Role**:
ECCO is looking for a highly motivated and competitive Multi-Site Leader with a passion to succeed. Focused on stepping up Operational Excellence and Leading your team within your portfolio of stores in Canberra Centre, Woden and Canberra Outlet. This position will have responsibility for elevating your teams through coaching and training to drive productivity and to control costs with strong operational efficiencies to drive profitability.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Lead and coach the store team leaders within your portfolio to deliver exceptional customer service, uphold our quality brand, and achieve store objectives in a safe work environment
- Staff scheduling and recruitment activities
- Induction/onboarding, overseeing probations and overall performance management of teams
- Ensure Visual Merchandising plan and Mystery Shopper standards are upheld across portfolio
- Responsible for overall operation of stores, including compliance with policies and procedures and upholding best practice
- Uphold P&L through effective management of store budgets and revision of KPIs and sales targets
- Assist in store openings and refits
- Train the team on product, VM and sales techniques

**Skills & Experience**:
To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Retail management experience as a retail store manager, cluster manager or area manager capacity
- Motivation to lead and drive your team to succeed in an exciting fast-paced work environment
- Demonstrated success in commercial management of profit and loss within a retail environment with the ability to identify and implement initiatives to drive profitability
- Experience in coaching and training a team to achieve KPIs and sales target
- A persuasive, collaborative and agile leadership style
- Sound business acumen and a sound professional approach
- A love for product knowledge and training with a willingness to learn and develop not only yourself but the team
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Have a commitment and professionalism to providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador
- Be motivated to lead and drive your team to succeed with a growth mindset in an exciting fast-paced work environment
