**Your new role**

This new and exciting role will see you working on large scale projects alongside a well-respected Project Management team. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the site including OH&S requirements and subcontractors. Alongside this you will be a key player in ensuring the delivery of high quality projects, on time and within budget to a high quality and safe standard. Your main duties will consist of:

- Coordinating day-to-day activities on site in conjunction with the Site Manager;
- Developing and reviewing programme to ensure daily activities align with project plans;
- Supervising and leading internal trades,
- Induction of all trades and running of toolbox talks;
- Efficient and effective communication of technical project spec to all stakeholders

**What you'll need to succeed**

A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are key attributes to see your success however you will also require:

- Exposure to projects over $10 million
- Ideally you will be trade certificate qualified, with 8 years minimum Site Supervisor experience
- Ability to manage multiple trade activities with hands-on experience managing all areas of on-site construction across all trades
- Proven track record of driving jobs from start to finish
- Experience with a variety of commercial projects
