**THE ROLE**

Responsible for providing support of HSEQ compliance, management plans and procedures across a range of construction and remediation projects.
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of HSEQ documentation
- Advise and educate teams on legislative requirements
- Process incident and hazard reports
- Drive a safe and healthy work environment
- Conduct HSEQ site inspections and audits, pre-start meetings and Toolbox meetings
- Coordinate HESQ training programs
- Analyse HSEQ performance, reporting, system updates
- Maintain the Company Integrated Management System
- Create and review SWMS, JHA’s and conduct Audits

**ABOUT YOU**
- Prior experience leading HSEQ in construction and remediation works.
- Tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety or a similar discipline.
- Working knowledge of HSEQ practices and relevant HSE legislation.
- Investigation qualification and experience being desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Skilled in positively influencing, developing, and maintaining site relationships.
- Self-manage workload to ensure efficiency and a positive team environment.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Detail oriented with prioritization and deadline management skills.
- Understanding of Quality Management processes.
