UGLs Manufacturing & Maintenance business are seeking a highly experienced
**Site Administrator** to join the locomotive maintenance team, based at our Hunter Valley Maintenance Centre on Clyde Street in
**Hamilton North**, Newcastle.
**About your role**
As the Site Administrator will be responsible for providing day to day administration support to the operations team working at the maintenance facility in Newcastle
**_ Key responsibilities will include:_**
- Coordinate and assist administrative requirements of the team.
- General administration duties including; word processing, stationary orders, photocopying, and filing.
- Assist production team by input and maintain maintenance records including work orders, asset movements, service.
- Assist managers with new starter onboarding and engagement.
- Manage and maintain the project SharePoint, assisting with document control as required.
- Provide support to the management accountant for invoicing.
- Providing payroll support to the blue-collar workforce with time sheet entries, processing of leave requests and roster updates.
- Supporting the management team with reporting.
- Assisting with accommodation booking and other travel requests.
- Assisting with raising POs, ordering PPE and managing training records.
- Ensure compliance with all record keeping requirements.
- Undertake any adhoc projects, initiatives, tasks as directed by the Area Business Manager
**About you**
- Experience in Office principles regarding technical documentation
- Previous experience within an administration role, ideally in a heavy industry or related environment
- Demonstrated experience using SAP or other related ERP systems.
