We are currently seeking an experienced
The Site Administrator is responsible and accountable for the coordination and administration of mobilisations, inductions, PPE, assist HSSE and general ad-hoc administration duties.
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
- Coordination of all site mobilization & demobilization requirements ranging from, accommodation, inductions, training, PPE, and new starter information
- Communicate new starters site arrival to relevant parties
- Coordinate Visitor and Sub-Contractor inductions and site access
- Maintain filing systems and databases to ensure compliance to quality and management systems.
- Maintain site training matrix and records
- Implement management system procedures to ensure that the administration functions of the project meet the contractual agreements and quality standards of UGL/Client
- Ensure administration staff adhere to procedures by providing correct forms from the management system on enquiry
- Prepare documentation to ensure progress of project tasks
- Undertaking administrative projects and coordinating activities in support of organisational and projects objectives
- Advise management on matters requiring attention and implementing the Manager’s decisions
- Receive and distribute all projects and maintenance contract communications as appropriate
- Ad-hoc administration tasks required by Project team
**Ideally you will have**:
- 2-3 years’ minimum experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple demands
- Proficient skills in computers: MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Demonstrated ability to work independently without supervision to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands.
