
Communications and Engagement Officer

**Key responsibilities**:
- Deliver engaging communication and marketing activities across digital and traditional platforms
- Manage and maintain the City of Clarence website, intranet and social media channels
- Support the coordination of public events, community consultations and engagement campaigns
- Assist in media relations, including drafting media releases and capturing press coverage
- Contribute to communication strategies, promotional materials, and civic event support
**About you**:
- Strong communicator with skills in media, marketing, and community engagement
- Experienced in website and social media content management
- Highly organised, with great attention to detail and time management
- Collaborative team player, willing to support events and work outside regular hours
**What we offer you**:
- Base salary between $75,071.65 and $86,731.41 will be offered (dependent on skills and experience) + 12.5% superannuation
- Permanent/full-time
- Monthly rostered day off
