The Opportunity

As Head of Supply Chain & Logistics, you will architect and lead the global strategy powering manufacturing, supply continuity, and customer excellence. You'll shape a seamless end-to-end ecosystem — from procurement and planning through to warehousing, logistics and distribution — ensuring scale, resilience, and premium service that reflects the brand's world-class reputation.

You'll partner closely with Product Development, Operations, Commercial and Finance to embed innovation, efficiency, and sustainability at every stage — ensuring Fliteboard remains ahead of the wave as a category leader.

What You'll Do

· Design and deliver a global supply chain strategy to support high-growth international market expansion

· Build and lead a high-performing global operations team with accountability and collaboration at its core

· Develop high-value supplier partnerships to ensure quality, performance, and responsible sourcing

· Optimise logistics and distribution networks for speed, cost-efficiency, and exceptional customer outcomes

· Introduce enabling technologies, visibility tools, and data-driven decision frameworks

· Champion sustainability, risk mitigation and operational resilience end-to-end
