Groundsperson - Raaf Base Amberley

We currently have an opportunity for entry level Grounds person **.**Join our Base and Estate Management team and play a key role in the delivery of day-to-day operational Land Management Services. Reporting to Land Management Coordinator, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
**What You’ll Do (key responsibilities)**
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Mowing- Brush cutting- Edging- Pruning- General gardening- Green waste clearing and removal- Weed, Pest & Disease control
**What You’ll Bring (experience required)**
- Preferred demonstrable experience in grounds maintenance and experience in operating grounds maintenance equipment
- Able to perform inherent physical requirements of the role
- **Suitability for Defence security clearance (Australian citizenship mandatory**)
- Vehicle and valid Open Class Drivers Licence
- Medium Rigid Truck Licence (desirable)
- Chainsaw Operators Licence or Certificate (desirable)
- ChemCert Certificate (preferred)
- Asbestos Awareness Certificate (preferred)
