Disability Support Worker

- Must have drivers license and own vehicle
- Speak clear and concise English
- Previous experience in disability sector
**_Responsibilities_**
- Provide support to participants with physical and/or with intellectual disabilities.
- Understand and provide appropriate care to participants who demonstrate a wide range of challenging behaviours.
- Assisting with daily activities, community support, self-care, and empowerment
- Work in conjunction with the participant's care team when appropriate.
- Professional approach with the ability to work under pressure.
**Knowledgeable with disabilities such as**:
- Autism,
- MS,
- Acquired brain injuries,
- Intellectual disabilities,
- Catheter Management/Handling.
