Elevate is a fast-paced, growing organisation that provides support for participants with disabilities to live their daily life and support them to overcome any boundaries to reach their goals.

We seek a Female Casual Disability Support Worker to support participants for regular ongoing shifts around Adelaide CBD SA.

We are looking to building up to approximately 15hrs per week with some weekend work as well.

Your Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- To deliver high-quality support to your Client in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered.
- Communicate effectively to your Client, Team & Coordinators and participate in collaboration for our Client’s needs
- Understand, follow instructions, and responsive to the Client's needs
- Provide personal care, conversation, cleaning, cooking, and other support to our clients as required.
- Have excellent rapport building skills
- Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required
- Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with your Client
- Must be great with large dogs and have experience with babies
- Assistance with domestic duties
- Assistance in accessing the community
- Background in nursing would be advantageous

To be successful, you must
- Hold CPR and First Aid Certificate
- Hold NDIS Worker Screening
- Hold Certificate III in Disability or related fields (or willingness to obtain)
- Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia
- Have relevant support work experience
- Have a driver's licence

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Shift work

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Adelaide CBD SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
