**Our client**
Our client is one of the most successful specialist recruiters in Australia. Having built a very strong brand over what is close to the last 20 years, they work with iconic Australian brands sourcing across specialist areas and industries. With such success comes the need to grow exponentially and to do this they have created a new role, Talent Acquisition Specialist, to focus purely on finding the best recruitment talent.

**The opportunity**
In this role an experienced resourcer or recruiter will enjoy their interactions with our client's senior leadership team to understand their current vacancies and their longer term needs for talent pooling. Using a number of IT and recruitment strategies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals and headhunting you will engage with the market across 3 main sectors, new to market, recruiters in other industries, and recruiters with direct market experience. This role is pivotal to our clients continued success which has been a result of hiring the right people into the right roles.

**The rewards**
A high base salary, commission on every placement and annual company bonus is being offered to experienced sourcers as well as the ability to represent one of the best recruiters in the market. Although single brand specific now over time the role could focus on other brands within the group giving the role a greater remit.
