**Your New Role**
**_ _**Working with the Talent Acquisition Lead, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for supporting the business in all aspects of recruitment and talent acquisition activity. This includes sourcing activity, contractor management and ad hoc recruitment administration tasks.
In addition, you will:
- Support end to end process of recruitment across volume hiring;
- Assist with invoice processing;
- Review and improv all recruitment process supporting documentation to ensure it is accurate and reflective of current processes;
- Produce regular Talent Acquisition reporting as required; and
- Administer the Talent Referral Incentive plan on a regular basis, ensuring compliance to policy and timely payments.
This role is a full time, 12 month contract position.

- Strong experience in a recruitment or HR generalist role;
- Exposure to Contingent/Contractor recruitment practices (highly regarded);
- Experience within Financial Services (highly regarded);
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people - internal and external;
- Innovative problem solving and decision-making with a focus on service delivery excellence and achievement of business objectives;
- Results orientated, excellent analytical, technical and problem solving-skills, attention to detail and administrative ability; and
- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
