An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Assistant - Home to join a dynamic team at Seed Heritage.

The Product Assistant will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the Product Manager - Home, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination within the product development process.

**THE ROLE**:

- Sketch all styles in Illustrator to assist in visualising and developing product concepts.
- Collate and annotate supplier handover documentation, including product labeling information.
- Liaise with suppliers throughout the product development process to maintain clear communication and timelines.
- Create and send Purchase Orders to factories and suppliers within specified timelines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Input style maintenance details into internal systems for organizational clarity.
- Maintain and set up Style File documents, ensuring comprehensive documentation of working range sheets.
- Manage the general maintenance of samples, including receiving, unpacking, and sorting parcels.
- Support the Product Manager in presenting monthly ranges to Visual Merchandising and PR teams.
- Handle filing tasks, including reports and other documentation as required.
- Perform general administrative duties and assist in ad-hoc tasks as needed.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Product Development/Fashion Design or related field.
- Experience in liaising with offshore and local vendors, demonstrating strong supplier management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to multitask effectively and contribute positively to a dynamic team environment.
- Strong time management and prioritisation abilities.
- Numerical and analytical skills for data evaluation and decision-making.
