**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor the end to end process for each style from sampling, pricing, ordering, production, packaging through to delivery.
- Communicate daily with suppliers to ensure all sampling and production timelines are met and on track and communicating any changes, delays etc to the affected stakeholders.
- Assisting the Production Coordinator with managing the production schedule and sample trackers.
- Answering day-to-day questions from suppliers.
- Assisting the Production Coordinator with tracking all samples from submission to suppliers, through until receipt, following up where appropriate and then checking off all samples, against sketches, CADs, look books etc.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and couriers to monitor shipments and meet delivery timelines and assist with any required customs documentation.
- Assist in arranging all bulk deliveries from suppliers to the warehouse and international wholesalers and notify each party accordingly.
- Assist with garment fittings, noting all comments and communicating to suppliers.
- Reconcile packing lists and deliveries against purchase orders.
- Liaise with suppliers to request additional samples for photoshoots, PR etc.
- Create and distribute barcode labels for suppliers to use on all production.
- Assist with managing supplier performance and secure improvements in price, quality, delivery, development times etc.
- Raise purchase orders.
- Organise trims/lap dips/strike off and sourcing requests.
- Communicate with international wholesale customers regarding orders, freight and delivery and quality control.
- Support the Production Coordinator as required.

**Skills & Experience**:

- A qualification in têxtile design or garment construction.
- An understanding and knowledge of fabrications and garment construction.
- Experience in garment fitting.
- A high level of organisation and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced use and understanding of Microsoft Excel.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to problem solve and take initiative.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not essential.
