**The Venue**

**Mama Saan - 57-59 Beach Road, Bondi Beach 2026**

Mama Saan is located in the heart of Bondi, a few minutes walk from Bondi Beach. A celebrated live music oasis, Asian eats & cocktail bar. The venue has undergone a renovation and is looking to be the spot to host a casual drink, birthdays and special events. With 5 nights of live music a week, this will be a unique eating and dining spot as we come out of lockdown.

**The role**
- Quality control of drinks program
- Stock management - ordering and working with suppliers
- Preparing syrups and mixes for service
- Previous experience in working in a high-volume bar
- Previous cocktail experience
- Desire to research and create new mixes
- Pride in your work
- Be a positive and collaborative team player
- Open to learning and ready for growth
- Hold a current RSA

This role is a great opportunity to work in a hospitality focused group. You will have access to research and development budgets to get creative with the drinks you make. We also take pride in developing talent.

The group currently owns 3 venues, so there is opportunity for career growth.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
