The Bar Yardy is the backbone of our beverage operations, supporting the bar team to ensure every drink, from an espresso martini to a freshly poured pint, is served with quality and consistency. You'll maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organisation, and preparation across all back-of-house bar operations.

• Prepare and maintain daily pre-batched cocktails according to recipes and specifications.
• Support the bar team with garnish prep, juice pressing, and syrup production.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic keg room — including regular line cleaning, beer rotation, and equipment checks.
• Ensure stock rotation and assist with stocktaking, deliveries, and accurate labelling.
• Monitor and manage ice machines, fridges, and storage areas to ensure optimal performance and cleanliness.
• Assist in setting up and packing down the bar, ensuring all tools and ingredients are restocked and ready for service.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and venue procedures to uphold venue standards.
• Work collaboratively with the bar and management team to maintain smooth operations during service.
