**About the role**

We are looking for a Change and Adoption Lead to deliver change management activities to support the services provided by the HealtheNet Platform. HealtheNet is the statewide health information sharing platform that receives and shares clinical information across NSW Health services and My Health record. A key aspect of the role will be to build and maintain collaborative partnerships with state and national agencies and manage stakeholder expectations both from business and clinical users. As the HealtheNet Change and Adoption Lead you will develop and deliver change and adoption strategies to ensure buy-in to the solution, and ensure successful adoption of HealtheNet services.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- A solid understanding of and successful track record in managing medium scale change management projects.- Proven capacity to contribute and implement strategic initiatives.- Experience in creating and executing change artefacts to support project goals
- Strong influencing skills, proficient in building and maintaining effective relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
