Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Tenancy Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of tenancy fitout and Lessor Works capital expenditure projects across their retail assets. As Tenancy Delivery Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring all projects are completed in line with agreed plans, timelines, and budgets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Prepare Strategic Asset Plans and operational and capital expenditure budgets.
- Manage project budget costs and maintain budget and forecast information.
- Oversee the tenancy delivery process and ensure compliance with lease agreements, contracts, policies, and legislative requirements.
- Collaborate with asset teams to ensure safe, on-time, and budget-friendly tenancy fitouts, alterations, and works.
- Ensure all fitout plans and designs align with Tenancy Design Guidelines.
- Maintain project cost and delivery timeline information, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
- Compile and issue tenders, negotiate contracts, and approve invoices and work orders.
- Manage contractors and service providers according to company policies.
- Collaborate with the Development team to address asset-specific tenancy and design issues.
- Drive process improvements and maximize efficiency in Tenancy Delivery procedures.
- Support the development and delivery of projects in a safe, sustainable, and innovative manner.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and reporting and compliance requirements.
- Assist with any additional projects or duties as required.

**Essential Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in property, ideally within the Retail sector.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and managing expenditure budgets on an accrual basis.
- Experience in negotiating and enforcing contracts, managing contractors, and contract schedules, ensuring prompt payment.
- Strong project management experience.
- A strong understanding of relevant legislation.
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction Management, or Project Management.
