We are currently seeking an experienced Tenancy Delivery Manager to join our retail team in N.S.W., overseeing and project managing tenancy fit outs, setting-up and project managing tenancy related base building works and assisting the Asset Team in actioning key milestones in the delivery of tenancy fit outs across a portfolio of retail assets in N.S.W.(travel to these Centres will be required).

This role will involve:
- Briefing consultants, management of costs, tendering, letting of contracts and driving programmes for agreed minor tenancy related projects.- Streamlined delivery of these projects are a must maintaining a tracking schedule of all tenancy and building contractors delivery activities to ensure they are tracking to the programmed dates.- You will help facilitate the handover of tenancies and ensure that the Lessee’s shopfitters comply with all necessary pre-start and OH&S requirements.- Liaising with the base building contractors and building managers as required throughout the tenancy delivery process and the leasing team to resolve lease issues.- This role will be the primary relationship Manager for the Tenant and their Shopfitter.

To secure this role you will have strong retail or commercial construction/ project management background ideally in the development space with exposure to Retail fit outs. Your strong negotiation, interpersonal and time management skills, along with your ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines will also be key to your success in this opportunity.
