About the role

Are you ready to step into a role where your leadership and problem-solving skills can make a real impact every day? We're seeking a motivated and organised team member to join our Security Officers and Patrols Division.

This full-time role, based at our Head Office in Torrensville, is your chance to combine operational know-how with people leadership. You'll be the driving force behind smooth day-to-day operations, supporting our Security Officers in the field, and building lasting relationships with our clients and Contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of staff rosters, balancing operational needs with fair and consistent shift patterns.
  • Mentor, train, and support Security Officers to deliver their best work.
  • Be a trusted after-hours point of contact in a shared on call system.
  • Build strong partnerships with clients, ensuring their expectations are not only met but exceeded.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless communication across staff, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Support performance management processes with fairness and professionalism.
  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute fresh ideas that make our team stronger.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience in workforce coordination, rostering or operations management.
  • Background in the Security Industry or similar fast-paced, service-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure,
  • Familiarity with shift-based workforce systems and scheduling tools.
  • Confidence with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • The ability to work independently including after-hours when required.
  • A proactive 'solutions first" with strong attention to detail.
