**Your New Role**
The Enterprise Coach is pivotal in shaping our transformation. Collaborating with Squads, teams, and the wider organisation, this role focuses on helping us create value for our members by transitioning to ‘The Aware Way’.
Through coaching and mentorship, the Enterprise Coach supports Squads and Teams in acquiring new skills and adapting to new ways of working, ensuring value is realised and performance is enhanced.
Please note, this role is a 12 month contract and will be based in our Melbourne office.
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
- Facilitate ‘kick off’ sessions, guiding teams to define their purpose and agree on a charter
- Define and establish roles, responsibilities, and cadences for team dynamics and workflow
- Encourage the use of collaboration and progress-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, Miro)
- Provide clear direction and support for the adoption of ‘The Aware Way’
- Offer targeted support for effectiveness in specific Squad-based roles
- Facilitate training on running effective meetings and work estimation techniques
- Cultivate cross-boundary collaboration and promote communication strategies
- Provide on-demand coaching to teams, addressing specific areas for improvement
- Guide teams in formulating and agreeing on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- **How do you exceed our expectations?**
To be successful in this pivotal role in our Coaching Practice, you will have:
- Coaching and Mentoring experience: Demonstrated robust coaching and mentoring skills to support Squads, teams, and individuals during periods of significant transformation
- Analytical Skills: Proven track record of effectively monitoring squads' health checks, utilising robust analytical skills to derive actionable insights and implement interventions for performance enhancement
- Ability to provide feedback and Influence: Experience delivering constructive feedback and influencing and guiding at all levels of the organisation to enhance performance
- Facilitation Skills: Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to lead workshops, meetings, and ceremonies effectively
- Skills in transformative guidance: Proven track record of successfully guiding teams through transformative mindset shifts
