**About the role**:
The DuluxGroup Technology & Digital function is committed to bringing competitive advantage to the company by helping build a change roadmap leveraging technology, driving the change, delivering fit-for-purpose technology solutions and introducing innovative IT solutions.

The Head of Enterprise Delivery is a newly created role which will offer the opportunity to drive our technology strategy and framework across some of Australia's most trusted brands. You will lead a team of delivery professionals who are responsible for a range of critical projects within the diverse DuluxGroup business.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager - IT & Digital, this is a key leadership role that will ensure the strategic alignment of DuluxGroup technology and digital projects across the various business units.

**Responsibilities**
- Strategically lead the definition, implementation and review of the DuluxGroup’s project portfolio
- Establish a Centre of Excellence for project management delivery capability. Lead/coach and mentor the project management practice to meet capability needs and resourcing
- Ensure relevant governance, assurance and reporting for all strategic projects, programs and business initiatives with a continuous improvement focus
- Lead and coach your enterprise delivery team to ensure success within the business

**Skills & Experience**
- Extensive experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Be commercially astute with extensive and hands-on experience in leading large complex transformation programs and projects in a multi-cultural environment
- Extensive experience in establishing centres of excellence across Delivery, Business Analysis, Testing and Digital areas
- Previous experience in building and sustaining high performance teams
- Skilled at influencing, guiding, and facilitating stakeholders and peers with decision making
