**The Role**
Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, the core purpose of this role is to support Evie Networks property team in administering and property agreements that underpin the charging infrastructure across the country.
- Ensure lease records are up to date.
- Provide information as required to landlords and property partners to comply with leases
- Coordinate maintenance requests with landlords as required.
- Work with the accounts team to ensure accurate payment of fees / rent in line with agreements.
- Support the site acquisition consultants in timeline execution and negotiation of property agreements including Legal and Survey instructions and budget forecasts
- Work across the business to document, optimise and work with the IT team to automate areas of lease management to streamline operations.

You’re goal orientated, have a sense of urgency and your nature is to challenge the status quo. Electric cars in Australia is still largely uncharted territory which means your passion to make a difference, desire to use your initiative and continuous focus on excellence will ensure your success in this new role.

**Skills and Experience**
- 1-5 years experience and demonstrated success in a property leasing administration.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communications, teamworking, networking and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without having formal authority
- Process orientation and ability to problem solve.
- Retail leasing experience will be highly regarded.
