**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a** **confident and proactive Lease Administrator to support the team on a permanent basis.

Based in our North Sydney office this highly valued role is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your strong administration skills and high attention to detail in this autonomous role. You'll be supporting a driven, dynamic team within a fast paced, collaborative and supportive environment.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Administer Accounts Payable and Receivable functions relating to rent, outgoings and other property expenses.
- Manage payment queries, complete outgoings reconciliations and resolve payment disputes.
- Update and process data into relevant accounting and lease administration database.
- Validation and review of lease documents
- Management of sales data collection and collation
- Manage change of landlord and payee details including validation and system updates.
- General liaison with client and suppliers

**Qualifications**:

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, yet still work effectively as part of a team when required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Strong initiative and ability to adapt to new processes and willing to make improvements as necessary.
