**Your day to day**:
**Be part of a team that will challenge and inspire you every day. As**Assistant Night Manager**, you will work collaboratively with the Hotel's Night Manager to lead the department and inspire and motivate the Night Porter to deliver exceptional service. The day-to-day technical requirements of this role will see you completing the duties of a Night Auditor/Supervisor in addition to stepping into higher duties and taking responsibility for the leadership of the department when the Night Manager is not on shift.**

**As a dedicated people leader, you will promote teamwork and uphold service quality through effective communication and coordination with other departments. Supporting the training and development of the Night Porter, you will nurture their growth and potential. Inspire and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service, focusing on Brand Standards, Loyalty Recognition, and effective problem handling. Welcoming guests upon arrival, you will engage with them meaningfully to ensure their needs are met, responding promptly and gracefully to feedback and complaints, building lasting relationships that enhance guest satisfaction.**

**What we need from you**

- **Previous Night Audit or Finance experience.**:

- **Strong analytical and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail**:

- **Been known as a quick learner with a can-do attitude**:

- **Self-motivation, resilience, agility and skilled at multitasking**:

- **Familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS)**Opera** and Booking Engines.**:

- **Full provisional driver's license**:

- **Current**First Aid/CPR** Qualification (or be prepared to undertake training within your first four weeks)**:

- **Current**RSA** Statement of Attainment**
