Car Sales Trainee

**The Dealership**
Total Selling Solutions is excited to announce an exclusive collaboration with the prominent Craig Burgess Motor Group, a top-tier Automotive Dealership situated in the heart of
**Brisbane**. The remarkable sites proudly offer an array of multi-franchised car brands; Kia, Mitsubishi & Preowned Vehicles.

**Main Aim**
The main aim as a Car Sales Trainee is to learn all aspects of the role whilst delivering customers a friendly, exciting, and genuine new car buying experience (certainly not an old school, sleazy type of one).

**Your day-to-day looks like**:

- Providing 5-star customer service (think hotel-like).
- Demonstrating the latest vehicles, the dealership has to offer.
- Taking customers on insightful test drives.
- Tailoring the vehicles to suit customer’s key requirements.
- Assist with the negotiation of price and terms (Don’t worry your Manager will be there to support you during this process).
- Provide your customers a professional vehicle handover on the pickup of their new vehicle.
- Participate in on-the-job training and professional development that is offered by the dealership.

Also to note, the trainee title is purely results-focused (not time-specific) and is typically fast-tracked in as little as 3 months depending on how comfortable you feel and the progress you make.

By progressing from a trainee, you'll receive an increased remuneration package and commission plan with the ability to run your day, book your own appointments & sell as many cars as your heart desires.

**Do I receive training & support?**
You sure do You will receive:

- Sales & Product training from the dealership's Management team and Senior consultants.
- Specific product training by the new car manufacturer (e.g. if you are employed by a Toyota dealership you will have training provided by Toyota Australia
- Total Selling Solutions - The dealership can elect to enrol you in our specialised Online Sales Cadetship course

**Who are you?**
- Have experience in some form of customer service via the phone or face-to-face.
- Can communicate clearly.
- Take pride in being punctual, professional, and organised.
- Get enjoyment out of building lasting relationships and rapport with customers.
- Hold a current Australian Drivers license and have your own transport.
- Are an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia.
- Are available to work most weekends (as that’s the dealership's busiest period)
