**About you**

You will understand that Talent Acquisition is much more than acquiring talent

Ideally you will have some experience recruiting Engineers in any sector, however this is not essential. You’ll enjoy the challenge that recruiting Engineers or specialist roles brings in what is currently a challenging market, this is where your out of the box thinking will add huge value.



**About the role**

Within the Babcock Talent team, you will join a group of experienced, inspired, passionate and dedicated Talent professionals across Australia and New Zealand. The role can be located in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide which is where some of our contracts and Babcock teams are located.
